📋 Description
• Help grow FSI business as a FSI Channel Account Manager. • Onboard new partners and maintain relationships with current partners. • Support all technical and commercial partner needs. • Work with Federal AE’s to navigate and onboard partners. • Serve as primary point-of-contact and escalation point for partners. • Develop and implement business plans with partners to meet goals. • Align 1E’s technology to upcoming contracts and bids. • Serve as subject matter expert for sales motion/messaging. • Increase brand awareness and partner engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7+ years Channel experience within the FSI Community • A hunter mentality • Proven ability to recruit and onboard new partners while maintaining relationships with existing partners • Ability to develop strong partner relationships from an operational level • Experience developing and launching GTM strategies • Proven attention to detail and ability to work effectively on multiple priorities. • Top-tier communication and presentation skills.
