With over 12 years of experience, highly skilled teams around the world and deep industry knowledge, we help clients create software that improves their operations and opens new markets. • We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our project management team.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects on time. • 5+ years of relevant experience in software project management. • 3+ years experience in pre-sales. • Experience in project initiation. • Experience working in software outsourcing companies. • Experience in leading several projects in parallel or experience in the management of large-scale projects. • Experience with Fixed price engagements. • Familiarity with software development practices. • Proven ability to lead teams in an Agile environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Excellent command of the English language (C1). • Previous work in companies like EPAM, Accenture, or similar (a big advantage).
