Description

• Partnering with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize key transformation initiatives • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support transformation initiatives • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement • Collaborating with key business process stakeholders across all in-scope projects • Reporting on a regular basis and monitoring the progress of the overall separation plan • Working closely with key business process stakeholders to identify and resolve operational and financial risks • Presenting findings and recommendations to key cross-functional stakeholders • Partnering with leaders of the Enterprise Business Organization • Building and managing a high-performing team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 10 years of combined experience in Finance or Accounting • Five (5) years of experience of financial modeling for international organizations • Five (5) years of finance experience within a healthcare or manufacturing industry • Five (5) years of leadership experience managing senior level teams • MBA or other advanced degree (additional qualification) • Detail-oriented with strong project management, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication (verbal and written), collaboration, and presentation skills • Experience managing project work with tight deadlines • Demonstrated success in developing and executing against project plans • Experience to manage and work with a remote team that is in both the US and international locations • Ability to quickly foster strong working relationships across all layers of the organization
