• Leading the global Accounts Payable team and manage BPO operations • Developing and implementing the global Accounts Payable strategy • Determining priorities and performance goals and aligning resources to deliver results and operational excellence • Supporting the company ERP deployment strategy and ensuring implementation of the AP process and readiness of the AP and BPO teams • Be the subject matter expert for Accounts Payable and the key contact for Solventum leaders
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Accounts Payable operations leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of Accounts Payable operations leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment • 5 years of proven leadership and management of global and/or area AP operations teams • 5 years of experience in SAP based Accounts Payable process • 5 years of collaborating with and/or managing BPO / Shared Service operations
