Description

• As an Implementation consultant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. • You will make an impact by collaborating with clients and Solventum internal team members to complete the project deliverables and implementation needs. • Assessing current state workflow and work with implementation team to validate proposed future state fits with overall project objectives. • Leading and working interactively with Solventum clients and Solventum team members to configure, test and validate the Solventum application environment. • Leading issue resolution: communicating with client and internal teams on issue resolution and configuration change, tracking and documenting issues encountered.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 6 years of experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement. • Knowledge of 3M/Solventum HIS products. • Minimum of three (3) combined years direct experience with support of software and/or implementation of software (preferably in a healthcare setting). • Minimum of two (2) combined years of working knowledge of hospital and/or professional healthcare coding workflow. • Minimum of two (2) year' experience in a client facing implementation role.
