📋 Description
• Responsible for managing Legal Operations projects or programs • Collaborates on program strategy – supporting business case development and project plans • Communicates with Legal leadership, IT leadership, and other Solventum business and legal leaders • Ensures integration of projects and adjusts scope, timing, and budgets as needed • Partners with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five years business experience, including demonstrated project management skills and experience with portfolio and program management of projects • High School Diploma/GED AND nine years of business experience, including demonstrated project management skills and experience with portfolio and program management of projects • At least four years of experience in Legal Operations in a corporate legal department setting • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
