Description

• Ensure that all signed contracts are accurately processed and transitioned into billing and invoicing. • Generate and manage invoices, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time. • Oversee the collection of payments, following up with customers as needed to ensure timely cash flow. • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance billing and collection processes. • Serve as the point of contact for billing inquiries, both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Have 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance, or a related field. • Are highly detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy. • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to improve processes. • Are comfortable working with billing software and financial systems. • Possess excellent communication skills and can effectively interact with both internal teams and external customers. • Thrive in a hands-on role where your work directly impacts the company’s financial health. • It's a plus to have an understanding of Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Google Sheets
