• Job Title: E-commerce Admin and Front-End Web Support • Salary: USD 1000 • Location: PH (Remote) • Schedule: M-F, AEST timezone • Overview: We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce brand. This role will primarily support with admin tasks and front-end web support using page builders such as Gem Pages and Shopify. You will be instrumental in helping our team manage website management and providing excellent admin support. • Responsibilities: • Assist with administrative tasks, including managing daily correspondence, scheduling, and data entry. • Provide front-end web support using page builders such as Gem Pages and Shopify to update and optimize product listings, landing pages, and customer journey experiences. • Help manage UGC (user-generated content) creators by tracking projects, deliverables, and communications. • Assist with landing page updates, testing, and optimizations to ensure seamless user experiences and conversions. • Handle ad-hoc tasks such as customer service support, report generation, and analytics tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce admin support and front-end web management (Shopify and Gem Pages experience highly preferred). • Strong excel or google sheets experience • Experience with managing shopify front end. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
