Description

• Key driver in expanding our Psychiatry Program in current and future markets. • Lead efforts to deepen our presence in existing states and introduce services to new states. • Collaborate closely with teams across provider recruitment, onboarding, marketing, and strategic partnerships. • Impact expansion into new states and growth of provider network for high-quality care. • Make a tangible impact on improving access to care and growing a more nascent business line.

Requirements

• 3-6 years healthcare technology and/or BH technology experience, startup experience is a plus • Proven project-management and organizational skills • Data driven with ability to drive data analysis related to clinical initiatives • Ability to translate between clinical and non-clinical trained team members • Experience working in Salesforce and data analytics platforms (e.g. Looker) • Strong written and verbal communication and ability to influence and facilitate cross-functional projects • Proven ability to move projects forward despite ambiguity • Demonstrated ability to dive into unfamiliar territory, self-start, become a subject matter expert, and deliver high-quality work • Proactive, inquisitive and self-motivated
