Description

β€’ As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on our Health Systems Partnerships team, your primary goal will be to drive growth by building strong relationships with enterprise health systems and increasing referrals to SonderMind. β€’ You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, where you take ownership of your work and consistently exceed your monthly quota through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting. β€’ Generate and qualify leads through outbound channels (phone, email, social media, etc.). β€’ Assess potential opportunities and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives. β€’ Diligently manage and track leads through Salesforce. β€’ Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to ensure alignment on outreach strategies and account focus. β€’ Stay adaptable and flexible in response to market dynamics and shifting priorities. β€’ Effectively communicate the value of partnering with SonderMind to decision-makers at all levels within healthcare systems. β€’ Consistently meet or exceed monthly Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets. β€’ Maintain a high daily activity level in prospecting to support monthly SQL goals.

Requirements

β€’ 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, with proven success in cold outreach and prospecting. β€’ Comfortable building and maintaining a large volume of prospective relationships. β€’ Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and adapt to changing business needs. β€’ Possess a positive, professional attitude and a growth mindset, always seeking to learn and improve. β€’ Strong attention to detail and time management skills. β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. β€’ Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred). β€’ Familiarity with lead generation tools (Sales Navigator preferred). β€’ Experience working in a high-growth environment is a plus. β€’ Healthcare industry experience is a bonus but not required.
