Description

• Cover Northwest region, candidate near an airport preferred • Foster brand equity, operations, and revenue growth • Consult hotels on revenue performance and guest satisfaction • Develop relationships with hotel owners and operators • Create brand value and partner with hotel sales team • Conduct market assessments for sales opportunities • Perform property business performance visits and evaluations • Analyze and deliver Business Performance 360 reviews • Train hotel staff on brand standards and programs • Advocate franchisee voice to improve tools and resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree • 4+ years professional multi-unit hotel operations and revenue generation leadership • Dynamic consultant, adaptable to all learning levels and styles • Exceptional communicator, ability to influence without control • Proficient in desktop productivity tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Highly organized, self-starter with ability to prioritize • Passionate about delivering best in class operations and stakeholder support • Flexible, adaptable to changing business needs • Up to 90% travel required • Collaborative and resourceful, engaging with stakeholders • Proactive self-starter achieving business objectives
