Description

• Cover the Midwest Region consulting and supporting assigned hotels • Foster brand equity, best in class operations, and net unit growth • Develop meaningful hotel owner and operator relationships • Create visible brand value for stakeholders • Partner with hotel sales teams to deliver booked business • Conduct in-market sales calls and marketing events • Consult and educate hotel owners on effective sales practices • Conduct business performance consultative visits • Analyze, develop, and deliver Business Performance 360 reviews • Conduct property Quality Assurance evaluations and updates • Assist hotel’s sales and marketing efforts • Partner with Franchise Services Manager on performance issues • Engage in resolution of escalated owner/operator feedback • Collaborate with Regional Development Director to foster brand growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree • 4+ years professional multi-unit hotel operations and revenue generation leadership • Dynamic consultant adaptable to all business learning levels and styles • Exceptional communicator excelling in influencing without control • Proficient in desktop productivity tools and business intelligence analysis tools • Highly organized self-starter with ability to prioritize work • Passionate about hotel operations and sales support • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs • Up to 90% travel required • Resourceful collaborator with key stakeholders • Proactive self-starter focused on achieving business objectives • Proven track record of driving change
