• Fosters brand equity, best in class operations, and net unit growth • Delivers strategic leadership for the RDORD team • Achieves KPIs including EBITDA contribution and owner satisfaction • Develops and implements strategies for revenue growth • Resolves escalated owner issues and concerns • Advocates the voice of the franchisee • Supports Franchise Operations business planning processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree • 8+ years professional multi-unit hotel operations, brand, and revenue generation leadership • Proficient knowledge of desktop productivity tools including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Highly organized and demonstrate success as a self-starter • Up to 30% travel
