🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to multiple HR functions. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance in Germany, Luxembourg is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • A hands-on, problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently. • Fluency in English (C2 or native) and German (C1 minimum), French is a plus.
