📋 Description

• Manage revenue forecasting for live services in 1st party games • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate forecast assumptions • Develop robust revenue modeling methodology • Prepare and deliver forecast updates and performance reports to stakeholders • Maintain dashboards to track key sales metrics

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in business, strategy, finance, economics or related field; MBA and/or CFA designation preferred • ~5 years of experience in roles such as market research, strategy and business intelligence, finance, product management and/or strategy and finance • Experience in live service games forecasting for other gaming companies • Strong understanding of sales cycles in the video game industry, including digital and physical sales, DLCs, microtransactions, and subscription models • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights • Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management and cross-functional teams • Data driven approach combined with robust judgement and objectivity • Resilience under pressure including from senior stakeholders • Self-starter, showing initiative and ability to work independently • Passion and energy for working in the gaming industry • Strong work ethic and confidentiality a must • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time constraints
