📋 Description

• Sophos is a global leader and innovator of advanced security solutions for defeating cyberattacks. • We are looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A – Reporting & Data Analysis to lead the production and enhancement of key topline financial reports, including Revenue, Bookings, Billings, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). • As a key and critical member of the FP&A team, this role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, automating reporting processes, and delivering executive-ready insights that drive strategic decision-making. • The ideal candidate brings a strong FP&A background, supporting Sales, Marketing, Business Unit, or Product Finance, with expertise in advanced Excel modeling, Power BI, and SQL.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience with a focus on top-line financial reporting and analysis. • Strong understanding of key metrics: Revenue, Bookings, Billings, and ARR. • Proven experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Business Unit, or Product Finance. • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to derive business insights. • Advanced Excel modeling skills, including financial reporting and large-scale data analysis. • Proficiency in Adaptive Planning or other FP&A planning tools is required. • SQL proficiency with the ability to query data for business insights. • Power BI experience (dashboard creation) is a plus. • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to collaborate with Data Warehouse, BI, IT, GTM, Product, and Finance teams. • Experience leading process improvements and automation in financial reporting. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
