Description

Requirements

•   3+ years’ experience in IT project management or technical support role •   Strong working knowledge of JIRA software or similar •   Excellent verbal and written communication skills •   1+ years’ experience leading new technical projects •   Excellent understanding of Network and security technologies •   Exceptional skills in leadership and organization •   Recent experience working with development and engineering workflows •   Hands-on experience with Network and Security technologies •   Experience supporting virtual or Cloud platforms •   Ability to assess technical requirements •   Able to break down complex technical scenarios •   Able to describe routing processes in Autonomous Systems •   Able to analyze network stack traces with common tools •   Able to use common Linux command-line interface programs •   Knowledge of cryptography theory and application •   Knowledge of VPN theory and application •   Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills •   Excellent organizational and time-management abilities •   Thrives in a multitasking environment •   Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in related field •   Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified, Cloud certification
