Description

• Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling. • Provide email and telephone-based presales technical support. • Perform production demonstrations articulating business and technical value. • Collaborate with the regional sales team and educate on SOTI solutions. • Present solution architecture and provide pre-sales technical support. • Communicate with internal teams to resolve product issues and generate recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience related to mobile device management solutions. • Prior experience in technical customer-facing roles, ideally as a pre-sales/sales engineer. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of computer networking principles, SSO, IAM, SAML, IdP, certificate authorities, and encryption methodologies. • Understanding and experience with databases like MS SQL server, MY-SQL, MongoDB. • Knowledge of containerization and virtualization. • Nice to have: Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, understanding of Cloud Computing.
