Description
• Responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives and driving revenue growth within the interfaith sector • Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting interfaith organizations • Build and lead a high-performing sales team • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in interfaith organizations • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales roles • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Benefits
• High Commission • Equity until Break-Even, transitioning to Base Salary • Equity percentage paid out annually as part of profit sharing
