Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within Talent Acquisition or HR. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective internal coordination and documentation. • A keen eye for detail is essential for maintaining accurate and compliant records. • A strong sense of ownership and urgency to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. • Ability to quickly learn new information and apply it to solve problems or improve systems. • Capability to work with minimal supervision, being proactive in completing tasks and asking pertinent questions. • A resilient and positive attitude, willingness to own up to mistakes and see them as learning opportunities, and no ego!
