• Manage the Installation Support Program team to achieve P&L (Revenue and Margin) goals • Manage activities of team members to achieve the P&L goals for the business unit. • Lead the development of annual plans for Revenue and Margin to identify and support the growth of the team. • Develop Revenue and Margin (expense) budgets for the business unit to achieve assigned Revenue and Margin goals. • Manage the cost centers for the team to maximize Revenue & Margin. • Manage all aspects of the solutions within the assigned Installation Support Program • Ensure that the team operates effectively within Sourcewell, supports our overall mission and applies our values in all interactions. • Lead the unit by delegating authority to team members to conduct daily operations while providing oversight to ensure the unit complies with all internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements. • Manage processes to ensure that the business unit works collaboratively with the Category Development, Cooperative Purchasing, Procurement, Government Relations, Information Technology and Marketing teams. • Direct and manage the process of developing and maintaining strong relationships with installations and suppliers to ensure suppliers fully support the ISP solution and that their support for Sourcewell’s Cooperative Purchasing program is maintained or increased. • Design and manage customer relationships through the use of various tools to ensure that feedback from customers is collected and that customers are satisfied • Recommend and implement changes to processes and procedures. • Manage training programs to ensure that the team follows best practices for engaging, developing, and growing accounts. • Manages the use of outside resources (including consultants and data providers) to increase the impact that these resources make. • Manage team members Supervise, develop, train, and mentor assigned staff. • Provide direction and actionable goals to ensure that the team understands how their performance impacts department, division and organizational strategies and goals. • Work with Senior Director of Solutions Development Services Portfolio to identify staffing needs and ensure the team has appropriate headcount to support growth plans. • Manage hiring, training, and onboarding processes and ensure these are consistent with those followed by the Solution Development team. • Pattern our values of Seek, Empower and Impact to internal and external partners. • Develop and lead your team to become open, transparent, innovative, and collaborative manner with the Sourcewell team and external partners. • Represent Sourcewell and Solution Development at internal events, board meetings and retreats. • Represent Sourcewell and Solution Development at civic and social functions by attending local, regional, state, and national meetings, and conferences. • Attend and present at conferences, trade shows, supplier meetings, client meetings and other public events. • Other related areas and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study AND Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in implementation, training, program management, and/or customer service, or other directly related experience • Combination of post-secondary training, professional education, and related experience equivalent to nine (9) years. • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM systems) • Public speaking and presentation experience • Budget design management experience • Three (3) years demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience • Experience in strategic planning • Strong project management skills • Master’s degree in related field of study (Preferred) • Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in sales management, P&L management, business development, account management, client relations/development, or other directly related experience (Preferred) • Experience working with federal Department of Defense contracting (Preferred) • Any of the following related certifications CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CPPB (Certified Professional Public Buyer), CPP (Certified Purchasing Professional) (Preferred) • Experience working on developing new solutions (Preferred) • Experience commercializing concepts and shepherding them to scale (Preferred) • Experience working with both private and public sector entities (Preferred)
