Description

• Maintain and cultivate existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. • Coordinate and manage the launch of new clients, ensuring successful and timely implementation. • Monitor and react to account activity, proactively gauging client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. • Assist with efforts to expand the business, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and client ROI. • Prepare weekly and quarterly client service reports, tracking applicable metrics and trends to measure success.

Requirements

• Familiar with recruiting, screening, selection, retention, development, and related systems and technologies. • Remarkably articulate, well-written, with strong presentation skills. • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and manage both internal and external resources effectively. • Experience generating and sustaining C-level relationships. • Strong attention to detail, with excellent written communication and presentation skills.
