• Welcome to Spartan Race! • We redefine working hard, playing harder, and being part of the most exhilarating team in endurance sports. • Our events push individuals and teams beyond their limits. • Join us in breaking boundaries and making the impossible possible. • Reporting to the onsite Registration Lead, this position is mainly responsible for working an onsite event zone within Registration to produce a successful registration/event check-in experience for Spartan customers. • Major Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for management of onsite-registration equipment and setup Registering each customer (pre-registered and walk-up registration) Assist in managing registration volunteers during event days Provide excellent customer service
🎯 Requirements
• Be comfortable working outdoors in challenging conditions (standing, walking in all weather conditions) • Have a proven attention to detail yet the ability to choose the appropriate battles • Possess a strong analytical mindset and approach to managing projects and problem solving • Thrive in an environment of process, customer-centric problem solving and quick thinking • Be comfortable traveling 50 days or more during the year (at least 1 weekend per month) • Be able to travel Thursday through Monday, at least 1 weekend per month, most months
