• Proven experience in AdTech sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic, display, video, audio advertising, or expertise in the CTV or app monetization space • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and results-driven attitude • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-centric environment and adapt strategies based on market feedback and performance analytics
