📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Are you great at talking to people and helping a business grow? We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. • You will be in charge of finding leads, building relationships, and bringing in qualified leads for our client’s sales team. • This role will help start important conversations that lead to closing deals for our clients. • What You’ll Do: • Engage on LinkedIn : Leave thoughtful comments to build and nurture relationships. • Cold Outreach Campaigns : Send cold emails and social media messages to generate interest and find new leads. • Schedule Initial Calls : Be the first contact for new leads by scheduling calls and making sure they smoothly move to the next step. • Optimize Campaigns : Improve outreach strategies to get more responses and calls scheduled. • Lead List Building : Use tools to create lead lists and keep them organized in Google Sheets.
🎯 Requirements
• Have 2+ years of business development experience. • Have experience with cold calling, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach. • Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing. • Include the word “BDR Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented. • Are comfortable speaking on video calls. • Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap). • Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. • Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
