Description

• Provides operational support to multiple stores and Store Managers • Builds relationships, facilitates training, and audits store compliance • Resolves location issues • Analyzes inventory data • Addressing facilities maintenance issues • Administers supplies purchasing • Maintains health & safety protocols • Compiles operational reports • Coordinates with IT and vendors

Requirements

• Must reside in the Rockies or Northern CA areas • 3+ years operational experience in a multi-location retail business, preferably the bicycle industry • Ability to interpret financial reports, eg. Inventory Balance Sheets, P&Ls, budgets • Understanding of inventory management • Familiarity with Point of Sale systems, LightSpeed Retail a plus • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Prior experience using Project Management tools would be highly advantageous (we use Jira) • Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word, Outlook • Driver License
