Description

• Responsible for data service support for the HAS suite of products. • Manage file development, testing and mapping to internal applications. • Analysis of incoming data accuracy. • Manage daily file imports; resolve errors and discrepancies. • Participate in calls with internal and external parties as the file subject matter expert. • Maintain inventory management tracking and sign offs. • Independently manage assigned workload. • Engage in working groups and continuous improvement opportunities. • Participate in process documentation and knowledge sharing. • May assist in training or mentoring new team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ years in CDHP, COBRA or Major Medical Insurance. • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and file intake/sharing tools. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven time management skills. • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple priorities and meet service level requirements. • Demonstrated success in critical thinking; making effective recommendations to resolve issues as they arise.
