• The associate will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for all onboarding, data research, and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team which primarily supports ClearPar users and their system functionality needs. • In this position, you will gain exposure to an exciting financial market and interact daily with our clients of varying levels of seniority. • This is an exciting opportunity to learn about finance, banking, the syndicated loan market, and Software as a Services (SAAS) technology. • As an Associate, you are expected to support our clients and the business with operational duties and all trade support functions to ensure sufficient trade and syndicated facility data integrity. • You are tasked with providing onboarding support for new clients, their team members, and accounts as requested to ensure a smooth and effective quality-controlled onboarding process across multiple products. • You will be responsible for proactively identifying internal and external trade and system-related issues effectively.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well in teams. • Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing abilities. • Exceptional skills in listening to clients, and articulating ideas and complex information clearly and concisely. • Proven record of maintaining strong relationships with senior members of client organizations, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. • Goal and action-orientated, with the ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to manage projects independently when required. • Customer service experience from any field is a plus! • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. • Must be able to handle stressful customer situations with patience and poise. • Ability to organize and prioritize complex issues and projects to completion. • Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in working with internet-based applications. • Ability to think laterally, provide proper issue analyses, and question current processes. • Eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Strong process improvement skills.
