Description

• Responsible for onboarding, data research, and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team. • Gain exposure to the financial market and interact daily with clients. • Support clients with operational duties and all trade support functions. • Accurately review and maintain asset and contract data, new deal creation, and processing amendments. • Provide onboarding support to new clients and ensure a quality-controlled process. • Identify internal and external trade and system-related issues. • Partner with leaders and peers on projects to improve products and services.

Requirements

• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well in teams. • Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing abilities. • Exceptional skills in listening to clients, and articulating ideas and complex information clearly and concisely. • Proven record of maintaining strong relationships with senior members of client organizations, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. • Goal and action-orientated, with the ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to manage projects independently when required. • Customer service experience from any field is a plus! • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. • Must be able to handle stressful customer situations with patience and poise. • Ability to organize and prioritize complex issues and projects to completion. • Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in working with internet-based applications. • Ability to think laterally, provide proper issue analyses, and question current processes. • Eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Strong process improvement skills.
