Description

• Our Lending Solutions business portfolio comprises products that support the entire broadly syndicated loan, CLO and private credit lifecycle. • We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and creative UX Designer to join our team. • You will be responsible for designing validated, user-centered experiences that align with business goals and client needs. • You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging experiences.

Requirements

• 6 + years of experience in Enterprise SaaS UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process. • Strong design strategy focused on data-heavy SaaS platforms and ecosystems. • Qualitative research experience with customers and internal SMEs. • Strong critical and design thinking skills focused on workflow-based products. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and identify/prioritize problems. • Understanding of design systems and component-based design. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with developers. • An eye for visual design but a focus on process flow, information architecture, and micro-interactions.
