🎯 Requirements
• Je bent strategisch en klant- en mensgericht. • Je hebt doorzettingsvermogen, lef en gaat altijd voor resultaat. • Je bent creatief, niet zelfzuchtig en bent een energieke, positief ingestelde collega. • Hbo/ wo werk- en denkniveau. • Ervaring in soortgelijke functie als IT Programma- of Projectmanager met pakket- en/of ERP-implementaties. • Bij voorkeur ervaring op directieniveau/ C-level en management niveau. • Aanvullende opleidingen of certificeringen op het gebied van programma- en project management, proces optimalisatie of Agile zijn een pré. • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. • Overtuigingskracht en flexibiliteit in jouw beïnvloedingstechnieken.
🏖️ Benefits
• Bruto jaarsalaris tot ong. €100.000,= o.b.v. 40 uur – inschaling op basis van kennis en ervaring. • Variabele beloning/ bonus – waardoor het jaarinkomen kan oplopen tot ong. €130.000,= o.b.v. 40 uur. • Leaseauto-regeling. • Smartphone en laptop – vrij naar keuze. • Persoonlijk opleidingsbudget. • Internetvergoeding - thuis werken is mogelijk, in overleg met jouw klanten/ projecten. • Een professioneel en ervaren team: hecht en een goed klankbord/ vangnet. • Vakkundige bijeenkomsten.
