• Splice is seeking a key addition to our product organization, a role that offers a unique opportunity to make an immediate and significant impact. • You will be overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the product, shaping its future and driving its success. • You will be instrumental in connecting cross-functional dots, promoting collaboration, and serving as a central point of communication across product teams. • Drive progress on priority workstreams by partnering with product development to help build decision-making frameworks and deliverables. • Communicate major milestones, upcoming deadlines, bottlenecks, and other problems to ensure successful delivery. • Proactively identify gaps in the programs you are shepherding and in the overall program operations. • Influence without authority by building credibility and establishing relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels and be able to guide decision-making and planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience • A creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities • Previous project/program management experience within a product organization • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results on time
