Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally focused on commercial hiring within a corporate or agency setting. • Commercial Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding of roles in Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Media. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch and engage candidates. • Sourcing Expertise: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. • Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and work well with team members across various functions and regions.
