Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in senior-level commercial hiring, either in-house or within a recruitment agency environment. • Commercial Expertise: Extensive knowledge of recruiting for commercial roles within Operations, Finance, and Marketing. • Relationship Management: Proven ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing insights and managing expectations effectively. • Proficiency in Sourcing: Skilled in using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent. • Communication and Influence: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for effectively pitching, negotiating, and closing senior candidates. • Global Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment regulations across various markets. • Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, adapting to shifting priorities and delivering on competitive timelines. • Preferred Skills: Prior experience with employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives. • Proven track record of contributing to global recruitment projects and cross-functional collaboration.
