• Partner with the Specialty Care team to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and user needs. • Lead and engage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and data scientists to deliver high-impact products. • Conduct and source comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand the evolving competitive landscape. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure products comply with regulatory standards and align with business goals. • Use data-driven approaches to define metrics, measure performance, and make informed product decisions. • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including setting timelines, prioritizing features, and coordinating product releases. • Cultivate a high-performing team, setting clear expectations, providing continual guidance and feedback, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, trust, accountability, and growth. • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and influence the product strategy and direction. • Work with team members to build a portfolio of internal core competencies and best-in-class partnerships in a complex healthcare ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience; at least 2 years within the behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field strongly preferred. • Proven track record of delivering successful products, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.
