• Seeking a dedicated Regulatory Counsel to help navigate legal landscape in mental healthcare. • Provide legal guidance on behavioral health care services and employee benefit plans. • Collaborate with corporate compliance for legislative changes and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Bar membership in good standing in any US state. • 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house with a health tech company or with a law firm that advises such organizations. • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory law including corporate practice of medicine, ACA, ERISA. • Ability to quickly identify and assess issues, evaluate risk, and provide legally sound recommendations. • Experience in developing creative solutions to complex regulatory challenges. • Willingness to maintain a collaborative, team-oriented approach while working independently. • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities. • Strong understanding of business operations and project management skills.
