• Manage a team of account executives responsible for building partnerships with public sector organizations including state, local and federal government agencies. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, agencies, and industry groups. • Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments to assess potential impacts on the business. • Represent the company in meetings, hearings, and conferences related to government affairs. • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure government contracts and increase revenue. • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet government clients' needs. • Manage and nurture relationships with existing government clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. • Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals and bids for government contracts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a minimum of 5 years in people leadership. • Success in building public sector partnerships is required. • Proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to government agencies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events (25%). • A deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health. • Outstanding communication skills and a thoughtful and collaborative approach to sales. • Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment. • Humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, and comfort with change. • Emotional intelligence and an empathetic nature.
