Description

• Responsible for delivering great service to partners. • Experienced leader and early literacy expert. • Lead partnerships through full program cycle. • Ensure program success through effective implementation. • Facilitate onboarding and support partners with programming. • Monitor and drive program metrics for success. • Provide customer service addressing inquiries and requests. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for program enhancement.

Requirements
