• Objection Handling & Credit Rebuilding Sales: Engage in inbound calls with customers who have been declined for loans. • Customer Education & Support: Provide clear financial education to customers about credit rebuilding strategies. • CRM Management & Process Optimization: Accurately document customer interactions and leverage CRM data.
Requirements
• 3 or more years of proven sales experience, ideally in financial services. • Strong communication skills in English, and being able to speak French is a plus! • Expertise in objection handling and negotiation. • Familiarity with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
