• Engage in inbound calls with customers who have been declined for loans, understanding their concerns and effectively addressing objections. • Provide clear and concise financial education to customers about credit rebuilding strategies and the benefits of the offered products. • Accurately document customer interactions, objections, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
• 3 or more years of proven sales experience, ideally in financial services. • Strong communication skills in English, and being able to speak French is a plus! • Expertise in objection handling and negotiation. • Familiarity with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
