Description

• The Sr. Director, Data & Analytics is responsible for leading commercial analytics initiatives for the targeted therapeutic area, plus acquiring and managing relevant data to support the same. • This role is responsible for providing an understanding of market landscape and market trends to facilitate strategic plans. • The role is responsible for delivering timely analysis of launch performance, plus conducting advanced analytics to drive strategic decisions. • This individual is expected to lead and manage a team while building capabilities for their functional area and be a thought partner to commercial leadership. • This is a highly cross-functional role that requires collaboration with commercial team (Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Trade, PSS) as well as other functions e.g., IT, FP&A, Medical.

Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics with a Bachelor's degree; 10 years with a Master’s degree and 6 years with a PhD or equivalent experience • 5+ years of people leadership • Pharma or healthcare related field preferred • Oncology or rare/orphan drug experience highly preferred • Oral oncology or rare disease experience is preferred • Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors effectively and clearly in a remote hybrid work environment • Ability to travel occasionally including overnight stay driven by business need • This position must be able to work East Coast hours.
