Description

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI solutions • Engage with customers to oversee and advise on implementation of Sprinklr’s AI platform • Demonstrate technical leadership through developed code and solution architectures • Act as a trusted advisor to customer executive leadership • Extract business requirements and translate into well-architected recommendations • Develop and provide future state roadmaps • Collaborate with enterprise AI governance and AIOps teams • Mentor solution consultants and promote a culture of continuous learning • Represent Sprinklr at industry events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture within a SaaS environment • Deep expertise in AI technologies including machine learning algorithms, data governance, cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure) • Proven track record of designing successful large-scale solutions that leverage AI • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire cross-functional teams • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Expertise in collaborating with various functions within an enterprise organization to drive alignment and achieve business goals
