Description

• Manage enterprise-level projects for Sprinklr’s largest customers • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of multi-market, global implementations • Partner with cross-functional teams for project alignment • Drive relationships with key customer stakeholders • Report and forecast accurately to stakeholders • Manage project risks and issues effectively • Provide weekly project status and burn reports

Requirements

• Fluent in English (Mandatory) • 6-8 years of experience in SaaS delivery/deployment, Contact Centers, or similar industry • Experience in global (multi-geo/multi-cultural) rollouts • Strong stakeholder management experience, including at the executive level • Experience managing various deployment types • Ability to identify and resolve issues • Ability to lead large teams without direct supervision • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles • Strong verbal and written communication skills
