• This is a remote position for Renewals Account Manager focusing on contract renewals. • Collaborates with Sales & Customer Success to drive renewal closure. • Negotiate contract terms and protect customer relationships. • Maintain a good understanding of Sprinklr licensing models and customer health metrics. • Engage customers in renewal discussions and proposals.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years demonstrated success in a Renewal Account Management customer facing, quota carrying role. • Advanced proficiency or expert level with contract renewal processes, sales negotiations and renewals forecasting. • Deep knowledge and expertise with SaaS sales & services models focused on enterprise software. • Excellent customer management skills; including sales, account management, and customer service. • Creative problem-solving skills taking personal initiative to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency. • Proactive approach with strong attention to detail, time management and organization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
