📋 Description

• Support all aspects of Sprinklr’s litigation matters • Develop strong relationships with Legal team and business stakeholders • Manage outside counsel in active litigation • Provide practical advice to management • Respond to threatened claims and subpoenas • Issue litigation holds and manage discovery • Support cross-functional department requests

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited U.S. law school • Membership in good standing to at least one state bar • 6 + years of dedicated litigation experience in a law firm setting • Experience with copyright and patent infringement claims • Experience with federal securities claims • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong business and legal acumen • Ability to work with independence and manage competing priorities • Passion for collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
