• Willing to learn technical concepts and write about them • Excellent writing skills and a very high bar for quality and detail • Able to break down complex topics into simple and engaging content • Adept at research and can independently derive insights on topics • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills • Operates with high agency and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives • Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change in the fast-paced SaaS industry
