📋 Description

• The Capture Analyst will support the analysis of high-value federal government contract pursuits for Strategic Resolution Experts (SRE) brand and capabilities. • The Capture Analyst will serve as a resource across SRE’s corporate operations, with a focus on the analysis and maintenance of the business development pipeline. • The ideal candidate is motivated by exploring new aspects of business operations and process improvement while supporting continued business growth by developing winning proposals. • The Capture Analyst will support various coordination activities as part of the proposal and business development lifecycle, as well as frequent inter-departmental projects, so effective analytical skills and written and verbal communications skills are of importance. • Duties associated with this role may include, but are not limited to: • Performing data collection, analysis, and dissemination of critical capture information. • Providing business development intelligence to industry C-level executives, business development teams, and service delivery professionals, through the coordination of preparation materials and coordinating opportunity updates. • Participating with team members in delivering time-sensitive intelligence. • Conducting market research regarding new business opportunities. • Reviewing and analyzing solicitation (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.) documentation as part of the opportunity analysis and proposal development process. • Attending industry events regarding upcoming opportunities and support the business development and capture team in the analysis of presented information. • Driving new business opportunity-level competitive positioning assessments. • Leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative rigor to transform competitive and customer information into insights. • Synthesizing, intuiting, and effectively communicating findings into options, profitability implications, and/or business cases. • Contributing to our mission of providing customized, accurate, real-time capture intelligence, uniquely available with SRE. • Supporting SRE’s business development and capture processes and practices by ensuring pipeline data is consistently updated and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are documented and maintained. • Supporting various proposal development activities, such as resume formatting, compliance reviews, and coordination with teaming partners. • Maintaining and continually enhancing SRE’s pipeline management platform, collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improvement and performing the necessary modifications to make new capabilities available to end-users. • Supporting various inter-departmental projects and initiatives as an extension of business development and capture. • Must be US Citizen and Clearable.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. • Knowledge of research techniques used in collecting, tabulating, evaluating, and presenting data. • Knowledge of business development and capture methods and practices. • Knowledge of analytical procedures and techniques used in organizing and conducting research and analyses of business development and capture operations. • Knowledge of word processing, database, spreadsheet, and graphic computer software applications. • Knowledge of Deltek Govwin, and Salesforce. • Skill in, and advanced expertise, with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and SharePoint. • Skill in creating and improving processes. • Skill in business acumen. • Skill in technical writing and presenting. • Skill in defining problems, conducting research, collecting data, establishing facts, drawing valid conclusions, and formulating recommendations. • Skill in conducting market research regarding new business opportunities. • Ability to operate a personal computer. • Ability to take initiative and work independently. • Ability to be well-organized and self-directed. • Ability to conduct phone calls with high-ranking government personnel. • Ability to review and analyze solicitation (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.) documentation. • Ability to resolve business development and capture problems by applying various methodologies and deciding between several alternative solutions. • Ability to apply and demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to provide guidance and accurate information. • Ability to develop and deliver presentations, special studies, and project reports. • Ability to maintain a harmonious and effective working relationship with SRE employees and federal contracting industry staff. • Ability to develop and execute a work plan for business development and capture operations and projects, including establishing and/or recommending goals and objectives. • Ability to work well with groups and executive-level decision-makers within the federal contracting industry. • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, including making presentations to C-level executives. • Ability to uphold high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
