• Full-time remote role focused on supporting state clients and individual users. • Provide initial support to end users and contribute towards Production Support goals. • Assist clients through problem-solving and escalate complex issues appropriately. • Train users on application functionality in group and webinar formats. • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients until issues are resolved. • Document initial queries and subsequent actions taken.
• Fluency in Spanish. • 2+ years help desk or healthcare billing experience, preferably in public health or public sector. • Independent work ability and adaptability to changing priorities. • Successful background check passing. • Clear documentation production and excel data display. • Professional written, oral communication, and presentation skills. • Strong customer service and phone etiquette. • Collaborative problem-solving approach. • Multi-tasking capability. • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Flexibility to work alone or in teams while adapting to change.
