• Establish the technical vision and roadmap for Identity-based initiatives based on best practices from within the industry and from our competitors. Understand and account for all downstream uses of the solutions (both internal and external) to ensure maximum performance against all use cases and verticals. • Own and execute the Identity roadmap by working closely with Engineering and technical teams on new integrations and implementations. • Develop a framework for monitoring and tracking a set of performance metrics (adoption, performance, accuracy, etc) to measure the success of the roadmap initiatives. • Troubleshoot complex technical problems (i.e. identity resolution accuracy, performance discrepancies) and gaps by analyzing massive complex datasets; work with internal analytics teams (Data Science, Business Intelligence, Engineering). • Act as the subject matter expert for the Marketing and Revenue teams on all Identity-related topics by staying ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape. • Contribute to developing and managing multiple product lines, including clean rooms, CRM onboarding, and cookieless solutions.
• Proven and impactful experience working on (and delivering) identity-based solutions at an AdTech or Martech-focused company. • Strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem from a data targeting and measurement perspective including data types/workflows, bid stream mechanics, and more. • Ability to clearly convey technical requirements and derive insights from data using SQL queries or product analytics tools and apply these insights to product decisions • Experience in leading long-term, cross-functional projects from start to finish • Experience with scripting languages such as Python is a plus
