Description

• Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job posting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and closing positions up to the Director level. • Source high-calibre candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging applicant pools and referrals. • Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to hiring teams to track progress and address challenges effectively. • Identify and resolve issues in hiring processes by analysing recruitment data and implementing necessary improvements. • Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, facilitating their integration into StackAdapt's culture and operations seamlessly. • Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, ensuring all candidates receive fair and unbiased evaluation.

Requirements

• Proven track record in executing end-to-end recruitment processes up to the Director level, with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, including dynamics and best practices. • Experienced in partnering with managers at all levels across various business units showing strong communication skills, and a desire to be a strategic partner • Demonstrate the ability to navigate complex challenges and find a solution that works for all stakeholders. • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising candidate experience. • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally with familiarity in Lever. • Proficiency in data management and reporting, capable of analysing recruitment metrics to drive improvements.
