📋 Description
• Standard Metrics is seeking an experienced Data Solutions Manager to join our growing data team. • Oversee projects that drive data accuracy and continuity for customers. • Lead a team of data solutions reps to ensure customers get their data quickly and accurately. • Define, track, and optimize key performance metrics to ensure data accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency. • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to enhance internal tools and automation for data processing.
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10+ years working in consulting or in a finance data-focused role • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members • Deep knowledge of accounting and VC finance • Experience with Artificial Intelligence SaaS platform offerings • Eagerness to help build and lead a best-in-class data practice • Ability to work with high volumes of data while holding a team accountable to high levels of precision (99.999%) and service levels • Extensive experience presenting and interacting with clients
